Applying for Residency

Our Application Process screens all potential residents equally on a point scored system.  Our requirements are the following:

• No bankruptcies within the past year
• No felony history
• No evictions or skips
• No negative rental history (including damages to properties, monies owed to past landlords, or continued disturbance to neighbors)

*There is a $35 dollar application fee per adult –anyone 18 years of age and older must submit an application.

Pet Policy

We know you love your pets!  That’s why most of our properties are pet friendly.  We typically accept up to 2 cats at most of our properties.  Dogs are permitted at many properties subject to weight and age.  The following breeds (either pure bred or a mix) of dogs are not permitted at any of our properties:

·  Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Wolf Hybrids, Akita, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Presa Canario

 City Haven requires a $100 refundable pet deposit and an additional $20 per month if you have pets. Residents are also required to sign a pet policy, to clean up any pet waste and to be financially responsible for any damages caused by the pet.
