Applying for Residency

Our Application Process screens all potential residents equally on a point scored system.  Our requirements are the following:

•    No bankruptcies within the past year
•    No felony history
•    No evictions or skips
•    No negative rental history (including damages to properties, monies owed to past landlords, or continued disturbance to neighbors)

*There is a $35 dollar application fee per adult –anyone 18 years of age and older must submit an application.

After you have printed and filled out the application, you may send it to us in the following ways.

1)  You may mail it to City Haven LLC, P.O. Box 547336, Orlando FL 32854 with a check enclosed.

2)  You may call us at 407-426-8182 to deliver in person.
