All persons over the age of 18 intending to live in the unit must apply for residency on an individual application (married couples may use the same form). Please be sure to fill in the application completely, including all contact numbers for previous landlords. Also be sure to sign the application. Mail completed application and either a check or money order in the amount of $35.00 per applicant to:
